Betsy and Charlie were everything Mum believed in . She believed in accessibility for everyone especially  those who couldn’t necessarily afford care . Mum was a very cultural individual and affiliated with the Maori culture and Christian values . It brought her great comfort to have been involved with Betsy who lived by these very belief systems .
